Hello everyone. I recently got a Buy Stuff Arcade back box and I was having a very difficult time locating the configuration settings for the backglass and DMD in Pinball FX3 only. I know Baller Installer may do this automatically but this is my hobby and I want to go slow with my mods and software so I don't get bored. Once I thought about the display orientation where the monitors are sitting side by side instead of being stacked vertically everything made sense.
In Windows 10 I needed to first set my three displays as follows; main display set as 1, DMD (middle screen) set as 3 and the back glass (top screen) set as 2. When you're at your display settings in Windows you need to drag monitors around with the mouse (or track ball and button A) until you achieve this grouping -> [ 1 ] [ 3 ] [ 2 ]
Orientation: 270 ° Dot matrix repositioning: On Dot matrix horizontal position = 1920 Dot matrix vertical position = 0 Dot matrix horizontal size = 1920 Dot matrix vertical size = 1080 Backglass repositioning: On Backglass horizontal position = 3840 Backglass vertical position = 0 Backglass horizontal size = 1920 Backglass vertical size = 1080

2022.01.22 18:39 ZDemonGaming Dopamine Detox
I saw a video on YouTube I’ll link it at the bottom. But it was about a dude doing on a dopamine detox. I am addicted to social media, weed, and frankly I always need some audio or visual stimulation. I like the idea of taking control of my own life. I feel better after meditation but I fall back into these patterns. Basically what I am asking, has anyone else done this? How did it make you feel? Was it hard? And did it even work? Let me know if you’ve tried this.

2022.01.22 18:39 FlexMissile99 I fit many of the symptoms for ALS, and differentials have now been ruled out - should I be worried?
I'm a man in my mid 20s who has been beset by yet-unexplained health issues for between 2 and 3 years. During this time, I have experienced progressive decline in my muscles and loss of function (as well as many other supplementary issues) and while my symptoms are stark, so far I have yet to get a definitive diagnosis. Now, unfortunately, my local doctor tells me they think I may have ALS. While I am waiting on an appointment with a neurologist to have this confirmed (either ruled in or ruled out - frankly, I need clarity), I am really struggling with the uncertainty of my medical situation. Plainly, stuck in limbo is better than being fully diagnosed with ALS but getting weaker with the possible diagnosis hanging over me is really straining my mental health. It is, and has been for the past few years, torpedoing my productivity. I'm seeing a counsellor but that's not really helping. So, I'm hoping to get some answers from this forum. I would appreciate it immensely if someone with knowledge of neurological conditions, particularly ALS, could spare the time to comment on my situation.
Here are my vital statistics and a timeline of (some of) my symptoms (the ones that are most relevant for ALS):
**Age:** 26 (symptoms began age 23). **Sex:** Male
**August 2018:** Suddenly lost the ability to burp. Muscles at the back of my throat go slack and cannot be operated. I begin suffering from excessive, unprompted yawning and mini-hiccuping, between 50 and 200 times a day.
**February 2019:** Begin having eyelid twitches and spasms in my jaw. I had never had these before but thought little of it. All the while I am suffering from progressively worsening bloating and slackening of what are presumably my core muscles.
**June 2019:** The twiches have continued and spread to my cheeks and chin. On June 17 2019 I suddenly lose the ability to swallow. I cannot trigger the swallow in the normal way. When I swallow the muscles are spasming and uncoordinated. Several muscles below my chin seem to have gone slack and disappeared. The sensation is the same as I had when I lost the ability to burp. The constant twitches spread to my neck and abdomen.
**July 2019 - Present:** The twitches spread to my arms, legs, buttocks and are now all over my body. They went through a period of being really constant but recently have somewhat died down. Across this period I have experienced increasing weakness throughout my body accompanied by wasting in my core, chest, arms, legs, hands and feet. I can no longer chop vegetables one handed and struggle with two. I can no longer do a press-up (this has never happened before in my life) since my arms, especially the left, shake violently and give out. Seconds after I smile my muscles will twitch all over my face and fail. I am constantly fatigued and struggle to do day-to-day life. In the past two months I have begun having obvious difficulty speaking accompanied by worsening weakness in my lips and a change in the appearance of my tongue (wasting at the sides). The declines sometimes plateau for a little bit but are mostly progressive and permanent.
**My experience with doctors:**
**February 2021:** After being bounced around my ENTs and other specialists who credited my symptoms (mostly) but couldn't find an answer for my problems I was finally referred to a neurologist early last year. They observed I had tremours, twiching, weakness and brisk reflexes. However, they thought my weakness was on the threshold of that caused by deconditioning versus clinical. They did an EMG which detected fasciculations but no evidence of diminished recruitment or chronic deenervation. I was told it was unlikely to be ALS and sent on my way.
**November 2021:** Unfortunately, as I say, things have continued to decline since then and after recently changing GPs I have been reassessed. The GP saw clear signs of clinical weakness - a relief in a way, since it has been plain as mud to me that I am abnormally weak for a very long time - and suspects given my history possible motor neurone disease. I have been referred to another neurologist but unfortunately it could be another few months before I see them.
**Differential diagnoses that have been ruled out:**
**Spinal issues -** I have had several X-rays of my spine and a very detailed standing MRI of my neck since originally I wondered whether instability was causing my symptoms. While lax ligaments were found, suggestive of a possible connective tissue disorder, there were no signs of instability.
**Myastia (sp) Gravis -** I tested negative for general antibodies in a blood test. Recently I was tested specifically for MG antibodies and again the test was negative. In addition, I do not have muscle weakness in the typical MG places, for example, I do not have great difficulty pushing up from chairs. My weakness and wasting is now far more widespread, affecting every area of my body.
**Muscular Dystrophy -** I had only a normal level of creatine kinease (sp) in my blood tests, which I understand points away from MD. Also, the fact that I have had no issues with my health at all previous to the burping problem in 2018 suggests that a genetic condition is unlikely.
**Hormone problems -** Interestingly, I have tested with consistently low testosterone on blood tests (average 7.5 where 9-28 is normal). However, from research, it appears that slightly low testosterone has never been reported to cause the issues I am suffering from. Generalised weakness? Yes. Actual knocking out and wasting of muscles of the kind I have? No. I recently tested low for cortisol too (29, where normal is 150-500). However, this test was probably a false result, for one thing, since it was done at an abnormal time which, furthermore, did not take account of the fact that my sleep pattern is unusual (I sleep during the day and wake at night). Secondly, while low cortisol can cause some muscle wasting and things like Triple A Syndrome (I don't have this) can mimic some ALS symptoms, again I am not aware of cortisol causing issues of the level I am suffering from. I've been on hydrocortisone for about a week now and have seen no benefit. If anything, my symptoms have got slightly worse.
I appreciate this is a bit of a long and rambling post, but if anyone - ideally someone with a link to ALS but not directly suffering from it, since I do not want to burden sufferers - could give me some input as to my situation, I would be very grateful.
**Given my progressive symptoms and the apparent absence of a good differential, do you agree that I am right to be worried that this is ALS?**
**If it isn't ALS, what realistically could this actually be?** (For this please assume that I am accurately reporting my symptoms and the weakness and wasting is similar to that seen in ALS rather than something that might be 'in my head' etc. Thank you)
Thank you for your time and best wishes,

English is not my language so I'm sorry in advance.
Ok so. I have a gmail account. This gmail account has two-factor authentication by mobile notification - google sends a notification and you click "yes it's me" and then they let you in.
I changed my gmail password and google shut down all my active email sessions on all connected devices - mobile, computers -. When I went to login to this email again, google asked me to confirm on my smartphone in the notification, but never sent me the request because my smartphone is not logged in. But there is no way to log in without them sending the notification. And there is no way to send the notification without being logged in... which seems pretty flawed if you ask me.
I don't know what to do. I'm a freelancer so this is the only way I have to contact some people who employ me. I'm a private teacher - a lot of my lessons are storaged at google drive. There's no way in hell I can just create a new one.
Do any of you know what can I do?

2022.01.22 18:39 JacklinNeptulon PvP players: This is how you’ll spend your first weeks in 9.2
| Hi all. I posted a write-up on my blog, which I thought is worth sharing with the PvP community on Reddit. It's focused on what you'll want to do, specifically as a PvP chad gamer. Hope it helps!|
An end to the depression epidemic caused by The Maw & Korthia!
I’m an avid WoWhead reader. I don’t think I’ve missed at least skimming through a single post for ages. If you’re like me, which you probably aren’t because you have a blossoming real life, you’re likely aware that Patch 9.2 will bring a new zone, Zereth Mortis, new reputation grinds, the ability to craft and use two legendaries concurrently, and other miscellaneous tidbits.
But how does it all tie in together, specifically from the point of view of a PvP player? What awaits in terms of endgame progression? Perhaps you’ve heard of the Cinch of Unity, and of Cosmic Flux, the Enlightened, and of Cyphers of the First Ones, and of Progenitor Matrices and consoles and all that jazz, but what does it all mean? Which parts concern you as a PvP chad gamer, and which are just noise if you’re only looking to do Arena and RBGs?
I sacrificed more time than I care to admit manually going through the new Chapters on the Patch 9.2 PTR to better understand, and it’s time to present my findings!
I solemnly swear, on penalty of online exile, to update this write-up should things change. Feel free to bookmark.
Structural progression type deal in 9.2 This means that Blizzard has already set in stone a few things that you won’t be able to ignore:
Speaking of Korthia: Unlike it and The Maw, Zereth Mortis is designed by people that don’t hate other people and life itself. It’s far less depressing and heaps more navigable. I think most people will appreciate the difference.
Why are you slaying Rares, collecting Treasures, and doing Daily and World Quests?
The answer here is simple, for the most part: to level up your Reputation with The Enlightened and collect Cosmic Flux. Your end goal would be to achieve Exalted, like it or not. But why?
The Enlightened Quartermaster vendor offers a number of must-haves tied to Reputation
More general notes on progressing Zereth Mortis First of all, if you’re fully PvP geared, the zone will be a breeze. Stuff dies quickly and rarely poses any threat. Even as an Arms Warrior, I was able to solo a number of Rares without issue, though you’ll obviously have a metric ton of people in there wanting these, so it doesn’t really matter. If you’re on an alt, the zone regularly drops ilvl 226 gear, not to mention quest rewards at 233ilvl and ilvl242 random drops off Rares.
Moreover, a vendor in Haven sells ilvl226 gear for 500 Anima each (of which you likely, passively, now have a quadratic billion of on your main). Unlike Korthia, the gear slot is targetable, so you don’t have to hope you get lucky.
Secondly, if you think Korthia Treasures were annoying to reach, prepare mentally for the same thing in Zereth Mortis. I strongly recommend you stack up on Goblin Gliders, picking any and all mobility talents your spec has, especially Heroic Leap/Door of Shadow-style abilities. These make Treasure-hunting less of a bother. Keep in mind some Treasures will not be interactable/collectable until some arcane criteria is met—I’ll leave the solving of these to someone else.
Thirdly, Zereth Mortis is a no-fly zone, at least in the beginning. There are Flight Paths strategically placed around the zone, so make sure you pick them up. Also, set your Hearthstone to Haven—the main hub of the zone, where The Enlightened reside. A gateway to Oribos is available there and unlocks in the very beginning. Any and all Hearthstone reduction cooldowns will be welcome, such as the Bracer Enchant (Shaded Hearthing) etc.
Fourthly, side quests (indicated with just an old-school Yellow Exclamation Mark) are only worth doing if you’re interested about the story of Zereth Mortis. These do not award Reputation with The Enlightened and can be safely skipped.
Other than that, these might be helpful:
Put simply, once Patch 9.2 hits, you’ll care about 3 things: Completing the Campaign Chapters, gathering Cosmic Flux (at least 4,500), and grinding The Enlightened reputation to Exalted. That’s really it—the rest is just fluff if all you care about is queueing Arena.
